1 – 7 Oct 2026 · month to date · data through 7 Oct
What you are looking at
One row per CC. The grey row above each group is the team (with the team leader's name), and the last row is the Jordan total. Numbers are month to date, from the 1st to the latest data day.
- Click a column header to sort (again to reverse, a third time to reset). Teams are sorted by their total.
- Click a team row to collapse or open it.
- Use Columns to hide or add columns, and the search box or team filter to find someone.
What the colors mean
Colors appear on rate and achievement columns only (for example Show-up %, Leads → Paid, Basic ach.).
| Green | Yellow | Red | Grey |
|---|---|---|---|
| 44% | 31% | 22% | 38% |
- Green: at or above the reference.
- Yellow: below it, but within 20%.
- Red: more than 20% below it.
- Grey number, no color: too few cases to judge (see below).
The example uses a reference of 36%.
What the reference is
- Rates (App. %, Show-up %, Show-up → Paid, Leads → Paid, SOP completion)
- The Jordan average for that column: all of Jordan's numerator divided by all of its denominator (for example all show-ups ÷ all booked).
- Achievement (Basic ach., Referral ach., 3+3 achievement)
- The share of the month that has passed. After 7 of 31 days that is 23%, so a CC at 23% or more is on pace.
When there is no color
- Small samples. Under 20 leads or booked, or under 10 show-ups (5 tasks for SOP), a rate swings too much to judge, so the number stays grey. Referral needs half of that.
- Counts (Leads, Booked, Show-up, Paid, Cash, Unit price) have no fair benchmark and are not fully in a CC's control, so they are plain numbers. Cash is judged through its achievement column.
- Team and total rows are summaries and carry no color.
The Channels tab
Pick a metric and compare it across NonFunnel, Funnel and Referral, using the daily pages' numbers.
- The blue row at the top is the healthy reference: the Jordan average for that view.
- Each cell is colored against its own view's reference, never against another view.
- NonFunnel is the same as the Main tab. Each view has its own rules (see the metric guide), so they do not add up to each other.
Terms
- Booked (App.)
- Leads that got an appointment. App. % = Booked ÷ Leads.
- Show-up %
- Show-ups ÷ Booked.
- Show-up → Paid / Leads → Paid
- Paid orders ÷ Show-ups, and paid orders ÷ Leads.
- Unit price
- Cash ÷ paid orders.
- Basic ach.
- Cash ÷ the CC's Basic target for the month.
- NonFunnel / Funnel / Referral
- The three views on the daily pages: the main performance view, the funnel view and the referral view. Each follows its own rules in the metric guide.

Click a column header to sort (again to reverse, third time to reset). Teams and CCs are sorted high to low by default (teams by their subtotal). Click a team row to collapse it. Counts have no color (no fair benchmark). Rate and achievement columns are colored against a reference: the Jordan average, or the 23% month pace for achievement. Team total rows (grey) and the Jordan total row carry no status colors; they are highlighted by their fill only. Rates: green = at or above the Jordan average (or, for achievement, at or above the 23% of the month elapsed), yellow = within 20% below, red = more than 20% below. No color when the base is small (under 20 leads / booked, 10 show-ups).
Channels: pick a metric and compare it across NonFunnel, Funnel and Referral, using the numbers exactly as the daily pages calculate them (NonFunnel is the same as the Main tab). Each is its own view with its own rules, so they do not add up to each other. The top row is the healthy reference (Jordan average for that view, same period); each cell is colored against its own view's reference. Bases under 20 leads or booked (10 show-ups; half of that for Referral) stay grey with no color.
